Our nylon covered bands are easily the best in the business. We have spent endless amounts of time and money testing and developing the perfect resistance band. Our bands have a super heavy duty spring hook on each end which is larger than you'd typically find on most bands. Next we tested lengths and had ours custom built to 43" long, which allows a great amount of stretch, but no so much that you run out of room in your workout area. Lastly we have developed a center mount D-ring which is available in our accessory store, which allows quick connecting and doubling your tension instanly without changing your band. We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. For any returns within 30 days, customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; and your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.Items that have been modified or customized can not be returned. If there is an issue that is our fault then we will fix the issue.
